decorations, and related event services. All services are subject to availability

3. Bookings & Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after written confirmation and receipt of any required
deposit or payment.

4. Payments

Payment terms are specified in the invoice or agreement. Late payments may result
in service suspension or cancellation.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Deposits are non-refundable unless
otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client must provide accurate event details, venue access, permits, and ensure a
safe working environment for staff and equipment.

7. Damage & Liability

The client is responsible for any damage or loss to equipment caused by guests,
third parties, or misuse during the event.

8. Limitation of Liability

Roy Events is not liable for delays or failure caused by circumstances beyond our
reasonable control, including weather conditions, venue restrictions, or technical
issues.

9. Changes to Services

Any changes must be agreed upon in writing. Additional services may incur additional
charges.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the
property of Roy Events and may not be used without written permission.

11. Governing Law
